Ghattadahally – Arabica Washed: A Sip of History and Flavor!

Alright, coffee lovers, let’s dive into the juicy deets about Ghattadahally – Arabica Washed, the superstar brew straight from the scenic Ghattadahally Estate. This place isn’t just any ol’ coffee farm; it’s a legendary 170-acre playground in Chikmagalur, Karnataka, managed by the Uday family for over 200 years! That’s right, century upon century of coffee wisdom led by the seventh-generation rockstar farmer, Swaroop Balakrishna Uday. Talk about keeping it in the family!

Nestled in India’s Western Ghats (aka biodiversity paradise), these coffee cherries grow under the shade of native trees, which means they’re getting nature’s VIP treatment. They’re handpicked with love, sun-dried to perfection, and preserved for both flavor and the planet.

Now, let’s talk about that washing process. Only the ripest cherries get the royal treatment – pulped, fermented, and washed like they’re prepping for a coffee spa day! The result? An absolutely clean and zesty brew that’s bursting with stone fruit goodness. Imagine sipping on a cup that’s as fresh as a morning breeze – sounds amazing, right?

The South India Coffee Company is totally stoked to bring these unique flavors to your cup while rocking the transparency and sustainable growth vibe. So, whether you’re a coffee aficionado or just looking for that perfect morning pick-me-up, Ghattadahally – Arabica Washed is here to awaken your taste buds like never before!
