Description
SANTA ANA – Catuai Anaerobic Washed: Buckle Up for a Flavor Ride
Somewhere between two volcanoes (Tecuamburro and Pacaya in Guatemala) magic is growing on the lush slopes. And we mean magic.
This is Red Catuai, raised at a lofty 1,599 to 1,814 meters, and put through an anaerobic washed process that takes things from “nice cup of coffee” to “wait, WHAT is happening in my mouth?”
Because this one comes in hot with rum, lychee, and mango. Yeah. You read that right. It’s bright, it’s tropical, it’s got a funky little swagger that’ll win you over by the second sip.
The maestro behind the madness? Fernando Diaz, working his craft at the legendary Santa Ana farm, where quality isn’t just a goal — it’s a way of life. Every bean here tells the story of the land, the volcanoes, and the folks who pour their hearts into it.
Fair warning: this isn’t your average cup. It’s a tropical vacation in a mug.
So go on, grab your brewing gear and take the plunge. Your taste buds are about to thank you.

Cupping Notes
This coffee offers an explosion of tropical fruit, with juicy lychee and ripe mango at its heart. Brown sugar provides a soft sweetness, while the subtle bitterness of hops adds a wild, almost unexpected twist.
